No, you done fine.  Thank you for the reminder.  I guess I told myself
Frediano would do it.(!)  

I *think* snapshots are working again, but commits have been so
infrequent, ahem, it's been hard to check.  So we should know tomorrow,
except that I'm going offline for the long weekend, so we should know
Sunday or Monday, or so.
