How to compute the next release:

$ echo '0.84 + 0.5 * (1.0 - 0.84)' | bc
.92

I'll work on packaging up 0.92RC1.  

My copy of BUGS has:

6. ML Mar 21 2009: "freebcp error HINT -b doesnt work", freebcp -n broken.
7  ML 05/24/09 ct-lib sets empty VARCHAR to NULL

Not sure where these stand.  We can release either way, but BUGS should be
accurate.
