kerberos with freetds

We are trying to make connections to a MSSQL environment from a Linux
box via Kerberos authentication.  I have Kerberos authentication working
for user authentication on the Linux box.  I have installed the latest
unixODBC and the latest FreeTDS with -enable-krb5.  I cannot find any
documentation on how to invoke Kerberos authentication for the ODBC
connection.  I am using TSQL to test my connection and our DBA's are
seeing the authentication as NTLM.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
