Applied updated patch. Also applied a small fix for numeric -> numeric
conversions (just some minutes ago).

Note however (as stated in previous mail) that ABI for
DBNUMERIC/DBDECIMAL structure is different from MS ABI. Hope to get
this fixed ASAP.
