Missing methods

Apologies if I'm just being stupid but I can't seem to find the
implementations of the methods:

tds_writetext_start
tds_writetext_continue
tds_writetext_end

They are declared in tds.h but can't seem to find them anywhere, and
dblib.c uses them in the dbmoretext and dbwritetext methods. Any
ideas?
