Were you able to connect to SQL Server 2008 from Unix using TSQL prior to
installation of the security certificates?

If this is a new SQL Server installation and you've never connected using
TSQL before, try rolling back the certificates as a first troubleshooting
step.

Recently we have installed MSSQL Server 2008 , we are able to connect

after updating the SSL we are not able to connect to MSSQL 2008 Server.
