Getting ORA-28528: Heterogeneous Services data type conversion error

Hi,

 

Now I am getting below error after entering below setting in
initsqldb.ora file.  Any ideas to resolve the issue.

 

ORA-28528: Heterogeneous Services datatype conversion error
