Re: [Bug Report] Missing Winsock initialization in v0.82

Has the patch been applied to the Stable build of v0.82?
The version I pulled over the weekend from the web site still has the problem.

Fixed in CVS version time ago, 0.82 used to provide DLL with proper initialization code.
