thanks a lot!  but now i have another nag: the "Nightly snapshot"
i downloaded today is the same as the one i downloaded two days ago,
and it looks like it hasn't been regenerated since 2010-08-10, since
the top-level dir it contains is called freetds-0.83.dev.20100810.
