James, thank's for lecture.
LONG_MIN is really defined in Microsoft's limits.h, but by default
HAVE_LIMITS_H not defined.
Adding #define HAVE_LIMITS_H 1 to win32/config.h solve errors with
undeclared 'LONG_MIN' and 'LONG_MAX'.
