Now dblib.lib compiled successfull.
But a can't link to php_pdo_dblib.dll
linking log below.

Creating library D:\php-sdk\php53dev\vc6\x86\obj\Release\php_dblib.lib
and object D:\php-sdk\php53dev\vc6\x86\obj\Release\php_dblib.exp
