I solve this issue by replacing include directories ordering in VC options.
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDK\Include
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\INCLUDE
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\MFC\INCLUDE
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\ATL\INCLUDE
This is right order.

Before it line "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDK\Include" be last.
