has links Ibiblio.org, which is where the latest tarballs are.  

Tarball generation is slightly behind the latest source code for technical
reasons, but is pretty close.  Compare ChangeLog with what's in CVS 
if you're concerned.  

I will contact the webhosting service to see what the matter is.
