upcoming (0.91) and future release

As we are approaching next release some comments are due.

The only stopover I see is a core that is possible if dblib detect a
tds protocol downgrade due to string format problem (I have still to
check SF site).

For the next release I would like to see
- mars support
- sql 2008 support with all new types
- CMake. I'm quite tired to see multiple project versions just to make
happy someone else. CMake can generate a lot of different slightly
environment. I this auto* stuff (current one) and CMake are sufficient
(no borland/microsoft/dev-c++ and similar). curl is the project that
mostly follow these lines and have a lot of similarities with FreeTDS
(like network thread functions detection)

Time for testing on any platform I found :)
