Is the download site available?

Just joined the Mailing List, and having problems downloading freetds-release.tgz from ftp://ftp.ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/ALPHA/freetds/stable/freetds-stable.tgz

Could be because I'm onsite behind firewalls etc.

Is the site available?
