In most cases such SRPMSes work under RHEL5 well. The current Fedora SRPMS is freetds-0.82.1-0.3.20110306dev.fc16.src.rpm Unfortunately, the .spec from this SRPMS modifies Makefile.am and requires new Autotool Can anyone from the FreeTDS team review this SRPMS and may be integrate some ideas ? It contains 3 patches: - a placeholder for the freetds-tds_sysdep_public.h for -32 and -64 bit version - a patch for dynamic libraries building - a patch for package name (replaces long name) This .spec also builds 3 RPM packages from the sources: a main package, a -devel package and -doc for all documantation. The Fedora packager is: Dmitry Butskoy <[email protected]> -- -=AV=-
