tiny patch

I think this is the right place to send this.

I was compiling freetds-0.92.dev.20110612 with openssl and getting a compile time error of 

net.c: In function ‘tds_write_packet’:
net.c:744: error: ‘TDSSOCKET’ has no member named ‘tls_session’

The attached patch is the solution.
