locale problem

Hi all,

We cross compiled FreeTDS library to ARM and use it (and unixODBC) to
connect to MS SQL Server from our ARM board. Everything is working
fine except in the case that we want to retrieve or manipulate
non-English text (Farsi) in sql statements. It seems it has something
to do with locale.

Can you please point me to some direction that I should follow to
identify the problem?

Also non-English is working on x86 pc.
