Hi all!
I have tested BCP quite well against ASE 10 and a recent ASE 12.5 - the
results are quite good, but there is a severe bug on bpc-copying into a table
having many columns. The Server goes/fails into a broken state, since the
formula at "src/tds/bulk.c:780" is wrong.

Please help me to integrate my fix into the mainline of freetds. I have no
experience with this kind of distributed development.
