[ANN] pymssql 2.1.0 (and a merge request)

Hi all,

Recently, Marc Abramowitz tagged version [1]2.1.0 of [2]pymssql with a
handful of fixes and nice features.

pymssql relies on FreeTDS for its awesomeness and IMHO is currently
the best choice to access MS SQL Server from Python.

Btw, It'd be great if you guys could merge [3]this request to update
the FreTDS documentation adding a section about it.

It'd nice if it can be cherry-picked to the 'Branch_0_91' branch too
if at all possible.
