I am done below steps.if i missed or done wrong please correct me .
1)I have downloaded 0.91 from freetds location.
2)copied to 64 bit dev machine OS is linux
3)i have the run following commands ./configure ,make ,make install
4)then copied following binaries.
./src/odbc/.libs/libtdsodbc.so
./src/dblib/.libs/libsybdb.so
./src/ctlib/.libs/libct.so

5)odbc.ini
[DSNNAME]
driver = <location of libtdsodbc.so>
ServerName = RemoteServer

6)freetds.conf
<RemoteServer>
host=IP address
port =1433
tds version =8.0

Could you please let me know if i missed any thing .
