Hi,
  I packaged 0.95rc3 version.

It includes:
- more fixes for tests under Windows;
- some small build problem with not default options;
- fix for login with extended characters;
- ODBC SQLFreeStmt fix if connection is busy from other statements.

Last fix was quite intrusive but was not an easy problem to fix.
