probabely you have to add "C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Include\10.0.10150.0\ucrt" to your include 
directories, because stdio.h went into "Windows Kits"
this is done in my environment by setting the env-variable INCLUDE
compilation works fine with that, but I am still hanging at the link problem
