defncopy for old servers

The defncopy app has one bit of SQL in it that uses an ANSI join. This makes it fail on pre-ASE 12.0. To get it to work with my old servers i need to patch it each time I download the latest FreeTDS.

Since the SQL89 inner joins are still considered fine, I was wondering if this patch could be applied. Then it will work for all servers out-of-the-box.
