FreeTDS 1.0 Release Candidate 1 is out!

Hi,
  it's finally time for a 1.0 release!

There are not much exiting changes in this release.

The biggest changes are
- pool is now back in a production state. It's limited to MS SQL;
- ODBC BCP support;
- encrypted Sybase login;
- new types for Sybase.
Pay attention that "8.0" protocol version is no more supported. Update
to a proper version. This was marked as deprecated some versions ago.
Another configuration change is that now the default protocol version
is "auto", meaning that FreeTDS will try to find the best one. This
could slow down connection but will make new users more happier.

Please send any feedback, comments, updated to User Guide or whatever
documentation.
