I don't think will be hard to fix a -DBYTE="unsigned char" on CPPFLAGS
should be a workaround.
Or replace BYTE with "unsigned char" in odbcss.h (I think I'll manage this way).
Could you confirm that last way works (I doubt it won't) ?
