Re: SQL2005 encrypted connections refused

Looking through old postings on the list it appears you may need to 
specify protocol version 8.0 and you need to use the freetds.conf option 
of either

encryption = request
or
encryption = required

I just noted that this isn't in the docs on freetds.org
