Just wanted to report that 0.82rc3 seems to be working just fine for  
me on Mac OS X both Tiger (10.4.11) and Leopard (10.5.2).  This is  
talking to a Solaris 10 server running Sybase ASE 15.  This via sqsh,  
ODBC and the python-sybase connection package.  I've only had this  
week so far to play with Leopard, but thus far, I haven't found any  
issues.
