Release candidate 4 for 0.82 was posted today.  It includes two small
patches posted to the list earlier today:

I'd appreciate feedback on these changes.  The callout patch affects the
db-lib example code in the UG: the callouts -- the numbers in the dark
circles that annotate the code -- were apparently not installing in the
right place.
