RE OpenVMS compatibility

Hi Craig,

first of all thanks for your answer, I've just wanted to be sure is it 
worth to try or not to build any version of FREETDS on my config. But 
now I can see I have to wait till I'll get a new config, with todays C 
compiler and libraries.
