SQL Server 2005 Connection Problem

I'm sure someone must have had something similar to this.  
 
I have a FC8 box trying to connect to a MSSQL 2005.  Took awhile to get all the bits together and I think I'm good, but now I get some errors.  Looks like I'm almost there.  But I think I'm needing to tweak some settings somewhere to get the connection to go through.  I read something about about a "tokensize" registry setting but it involves rebooting my server which I'd rather avoid until I'm a bit more sure may fix it.
