I want to create a dictionary item that extract value <178,1>

 

I thought

1.       I

2.       EXTRACT(@RECORD,178,1,0) 

3.       .

4.       .

5.       1L

6.       S

 

Would do but it does not give me the desired result. Any suggestions?
