Nick,

I did not come across a autotest.h on my win system so i copied the
unixODBC one to unixODBC-Test and modified it so it works on win and
unix'isms. It may make sense to remove this file from unixODBC proper
and just have it exist in unixODBC-Test. Thoughts?
