osx

Hi,

I am trying to get ddd from svn since the release is a little old and  
keeps on crashing here. But it is impossible to checkout on osx due  
to case problems. Particularly in the etc subfolder you have files  
"USERS" and "users" and this completely breaks svn on osx, and there  
is no way to ignore it. I ask you to remove one of them or rename is  
so they don't clash anymore. Thanks! :)
