Hi,
The section Documentation (or How do I get started with DDD?)
http://www.gnu.org/software/ddd/#Doc
contains four references to third-party documentation, three of 'em
dead. Most of the pages listed *still* offer similar tutorials (but
have reorganised their site or removed older content).
