Details:

I have confirmed the following bug that was reported to Debian:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=504868

After adding the line "#include <stdio.h>" to ddd/strclass.C, I was then able
to build ddd successfully with gcc 4.4.0.

As reference, I am using the following package versions:
ddd: 3.3.12
lesstif: 0.95.2 ( http://sf.net/projects/lesstif/ )
