Details:

We just updated ddd to 3.3.12 in OpenBSD ports, but to get ddd to operate
properly on amd64 we had to take a patch from NetBSD pkgsrc. Without the patch
ddd will hang on operation which require a call to gdb.

The patch can be seen here, and is probably not the best solution:
