Details:

When I run:

  ddd --debugger /usr/bin/bashdb ANY_SCRIPT

... ddd always hangs on 'Openning session "some_hash"'.

I have no ~/.ddd directory before I start ddd and no ~/.gdbinit file so
everything should be clean.
