DDD - would like to commit remake patch into repo

I've been working on a patch to rectify issues with ddd+remake.

Rocky Bernstein recently suggested it's probably worth me committing my=20
changes into a branch of the repository, so I wanted to ask if you would=20
be able to give me commit-access on this project?

He also mentioned I could upload a new tarball containing the recent=20
changes, I'm unfamiliar with how to accomplish this also, so if you=20
could give me any pointers, or a link to a "how-to" page anywhere, I'd=20
be most grateful.
