ddd-3.3.12-test and GNU make 3.80 + debugger

I've put out
ddd-3.3.12-test is now out.

It supports GNU Makefile debugging and improved bashdb support.  In
particular, breakpoints are now shown in the source window and
"up/down" commands no longer cause a core dump. Bash token parsing was
revised so that when hovering over an array variable or special
builtin symbol (like $?) the variable or array is parsed correctly and
the value shown.

The release has also been timed with the GNU Make 3.80 + debugger 0.5
and that has features not found in previous release specifically for
better ddd interaction.
