Change back to what you had before I tested this on Tru64 UNIX with the vendor Motif, though on an older version of ddd (3.3.9-test2), and I didn't get the problem you're seeing. If I set this to times and "150" (I accidentally had 1150 at first, which was not good), those settings are preserved.
