I'm still here, but don't have the time I need to devote to the Gtk port (the 9-5 job keeps getting in the way). I started to write an abstraction layer for the GUI, and caused some major breakage, hence no more commits until I have something which sort-of-works again. However, if there is some interest I'll have another look. And of course contributions (code) would be gratefully received (hint, hint). Maybe I can produce some sort of paper explaining what I'm trying to do.
