ddd and jdb

Hello,


I am trying to use ddd with jdb, but some of the displays do not appear.
For example the green execution arrow is not visible and I cannot
display variables (though I can print them).

Here are some technical informations:
Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS
GNU DDD 3.3.12 (i686-pc-linux-gnu)
jdb version 1.6 (Java SE version 1.7.0_25)
javac 1.7.0_25 -- also tried with gcj (Ubuntu/Linaro 4.6.3-1ubuntu2) 4.6.3

Note that ddd works perfectly well with C programs
GNU gdb (Ubuntu/Linaro 7.4-2012.04-0ubuntu2.1) 7.4-2012.04
gcc (Ubuntu/Linaro 4.6.3-1ubuntu5) 4.6.3


Do you have an idea of a solution ?
