DDD 3.3.12 (i386-apple-darwin14.4.0) gets Xt error

When I start ddd, it immediately crash. 

I’m using OS X Sierra 10.12.5 on a MacBook pro retina mid 2015.

I used mac port and homebrew version (both are 3.3.12) and I got the same error in both cases.
