website link mistake

Looking at the DDD website:

	https://www.gnu.org/software/ddd/

The section "How do I get started with DDD?" points to the manual
and the PDF, both of which are 404's.

The ddd-paper.pdf link is also a 404.

Later, in the section "I have found a bug!" it correctly points to
the manual URL:

	https://www.gnu.org/software/ddd/manual/

So the main page just needs to be updated.
