Line number / cursor position for list window

Hi Michael,

I notices the last days by working with current version, that there is
no line number shown for the list window.

No idea if that was possible in older versions but I believe it would be
helpful. I was not able to directly go to the line with a function name
( maybe optimized out/ inlined / whatever ). And as such I had to search
the right line in the list window to set a breakpoint. Seems to be
easier with a line number :-)

Maybe you have some fun to add it. :-)

Thanks for all of your work for the very old but nearly perfect tool!
