OroboROX smart placement

I've just implemented smart placement in OroboROX. It's optional, but
enabled by default. Testers will be welcome, especially as I devised an
algorithm from scratch instead of copying it from another manager. The
new feature is presently only available via svn (subversion), the
repository is:

I've been using other window managers, especially openbox, for quite
some time now, but I realised I didn't like anything quite as much as
OroboROX for its ability to move windows without raising them and being
able to disable raise-on-click without side effects etc etc. But I
realised I missed smart placement when I came back to OroboROX, so I
decided to implement it.
