Next Click

What was the rationale for the "Next Click" menu item in ROX-Filer? Is
it really necessary? I find it a bit off-putting if I click over a bit
of empty space - usually to create a new directory - and the "Next
Click" submenu opens. I think it might be a good idea not to open the
submenu automatically when the top-level menu is opened with nothing
selected.
