Deprecation warning in rox-lib

With pygtk-2.12 and later, the old gtk.Tooltips object has been
deprecated:

/usr/lib64/ROX-Lib2/python/rox/OptionsBox.py:120: DeprecationWarning:
Use the new widget gtk.Tooltip self.tips = g.Tooltips()

I have a repo.or.cz fork of rox-lib whose master branch fixes this
deprecation warning by runtime-detecting the pygtk version and using
the appropriate Tooltip API.
