Temporary selection is not removed on menu close

I have this behaviour with ROX 2.10:

- Filer window is open with no selection
- Right-click on a file
- Hit <ESC> to close the popup menu
- File is still slected

Is this the intended behaviour? The documentation says the item
should be selected temporarily.
